See full lists of new Akwa Ibom IPAC Executive

The Akwa Ibom State chapter of Inter-party Advisory Council (IPAC), the umbrella body of all registered Political Parties in Nigeria, yesterday, Tuesday, elected new executive members to oversees the affairs of the organization in the state for the next one year.

The election which was held at the State INEC premises, Uyo, was conducted by the National Publicity Secretary of IPAC and Leader of IPAC Electoral Committee Delegation to Akwa Ibom State, Amb. Agbo Major. And was equally supervised by the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Akwa Ibom State.

Mr. Ubong Emmanuel of ADP was successfully elected and sworn-in as the new State Chairman of the Council.

Others who were elected alongside with him includes: Blessing Umoh of ADC – Vice Chairman, Calistus Etim (AA) – Secretary and Victor Mark (APP) as Assistant Secretary.

Other exco members were; Willington Odiong (SDP) – Treasurer, Elder Fred Obot (AAC) – Financial Secretary, Akaninyene Ekpenyong (BOOT) – Publicity Secretary; Uduak Akaninyene (APM) – Organizing Secretary and Elder Basil Ekpo (NNPP) – Legal Adviser.

In his acceptance address, Ubong Emmanuel after the swearing-in ceremony, thanked members of IPAC for finding him worthy to serve them as Chairman.

He solicited supports from members in order to succeed.
