The email came back no email like that works at Jumia and i wonder why they even use that email to send us messages !

NONE OF THIS HAPPENED ABOVE !

I went to do a Return Of Qasa Solar Panel 50w After Jumia Delivery Agents had Messed me up Twice by not showing up

Both Claimed They Called But I did NOT pick up . Great Lies ! Well This is Nigeria

So i decided to go and drop the Item Off before The 7 Day Deadline .
I got there and even noticed There were other Returns for that same Item . No Problem
Aduwawa in Benin is Lousy when it comes to Electricity Very Very Lousy
if you get electricity for up to 3 hrs in a day you are Blessed

This is where All the TV Stations and most Radio Stations are Because its Situated on a Hill and its The Gateway to The North of Edo State and Nigeria .

Problem I now noticed The Door was Ajar There was only one Lady in the Now clearly Dark place inside.

hmmm i did not notice initially .Then i realised it was HOT ! No Fan etc and When i asked the Lady

She said there was none . She really helped me out and i did my drop off and pickup

SO i asked her What evidence do i get that i returned the Item ? She said i would get an email

I then opened my Bag and got out my laptop . There was no way i was leaving there without an Email . This is Nigera

I bought that Qasa 50watt Solar Panel for about 19,000 Naira ! It had Great Reviews

SO i waited for it . Customers came and went but still no email . So i went to Jumia Chat ! See transcript below

Photo I took of Lady, My Flash on my phone lit up the place .She is even using her Phone Torch to search for items as you can see

I never Got The Email . I gave the Lady The invoice She put it in the Returned Package and I left What could i do ??

If later She says i never Dropped it I guess its my Word Against hers
Anyway after an Hour No Email Then Her Laptop Battery Died !

I felt Bad for her ,She was Really Trying . I guess that was the end of her day . No Generator to Sharge laptop Means she would not be able to work

Customers would not be able to pickup Their Orders .

A WHOLE JUMIA !

My Advice Be wary of the Kind of Items you Order on jumia . Definiteey not Delicate Solar panels Not for me Ever Again .or most electronics
