BREAKING: Police take over Lekki Toll gate

Men of the Nigeria Police have deployed heavilly at the Lekki toll gate area in anticipation of members of the #EndSARS movement converging on the area.
Filers from the Lekki toll gate indicates that  the procession cars will pass through the toll gate, waving the Nigerian flags and chanting #EndSARS.
A police officer who wouldn’t like to be mentioned on print said, “As long as they do not stop, we shouldn’t have a problem, because the agreement is that they don’t stop.
“But the moment anybody stops that person will be picked up and locked up in the van.”
Heavy police presence, with about 25 police cars, police anti-riot vehicles and one black maria, can be seen at both sides of the toll gate.
As of the time of filing this report, the procession was yet to start.
Comedian, Adebowale Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni and singer, Folarin Falana aka Falz are present as the #EndSARSmemorial procession begins at Lekki Tollgate.
Others present at the Thursday procession to mark the second anniversary of the Lekki shooting include Feyikemi Abudu and other youths.
He claimed that he was among peaceful protesters that converged at the Lekki Tollgate on October 20, 2020, the day of the shooting that led to the loss of lives of peaceful protesters.
Jacob could be seen kneeling down in front of the toll gate crying before police officers came and picked him up.
After interrogation, he was released and asked to leave the toll gate.
