Katie Price’s fans got more than they bargained for after a recent gig which saw the telly personality reveal that she was suffering an awkward encounter after her bum filler leaked

Katie Price suffered an awkward blunder as her recent bum filler started to leak – while she was on stage.

The former model turned podcast star made an appearance in Manchester much to the delight of her fans who were ecstatic about getting up close and personal with the star. However, some got more than they bargained for as Katie, 45, shared an insight into her recent cosmetic enhancements.

Mum-of-five Katie recently had a non-invasive “butt lift”, adding some extra volume to her behind. The star showed her online followers the procedure which involved forcing a large needle into her buttocks filled with 500mls of filler in order to enlarge it.

Although she was initially pleased with the results, Katie told fans at Salford’s The Lowry Theatre that things had started to go wrong. Addressing her adoring fans, the star said: “If you see a plaster on my bum it’s because I had bum filler the other week and it’s leaking so it is what it is.”

“There was a visible mark on the side of Katie’s bum underneath her skintight outfit,” an audience member told The Sun before adding: “It appeared to have a ripple effect and it was clear there was some tissue underneath to stop the filler from leaking out of her and onto her clothes.” They added that it became obvious that the leakage caused Katie to struggle while moving, resulting in her sitting down to get comfortable.

At the time of her enhancement, Katie told fans that the procedure was completely pain-free and could feel the filler liquid “jiggling” in her behind. “This doesn’t hurt. I know it’s going to look brutal. And I’ve got a bum. Didn’t have to fly anywhere. It’s amazing! I can’t believe it didn’t hurt,” she told fans. At the time of her procedure, Katie live-streamed the moment for all to see.

Despite her leakage, Katie appeared in high spirits for the live version of The Katie Price Show alongside her sister, Sophie. Of Katie’s live podcast show, a fan in the audience told The Mirror : “I didn’t really know how the podcast would work on stage with a live audience but it was incredible. Katie is such a huge celebrity but sitting up there with her sister, it just felt it was a friend chatting.

“Sophie is such a calming influence on her and their dynamic as sisters is so relatable – it felt like being in the smoking area at a family party at times rather than a celebrity performance. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a show quite so casual and relaxed – Katie didn’t mind people in the audience shouting out to her and she kept poking fun at herself when she got distracted during the question section.

“It was quite sweet how nervous she was about singing and you could tell the cheers and encouragement from the crowd meant a lot to her. It’s safe to say it’s true when Katie says never underestimate The Pricey as she put on a show not many of her peers could pull off.”
