Dr. Ndem revalidates membership of APC, urges party faithful to mobilise for 2023.

The political leader of Nsit Atai Local Government Area and the leader of Akwa Ibom APC in the diaspora, Dr. Ndem Ndem, has revalidated his membership of his party in his unit in Ibakang Village, Nsit Atai LGA.
The event which was witnessed by the deputy political leader of the area, Mr. Mike Akwa, the Chapter Chairman, Engr. Ifiok Udoh, his Nsit Ubiom counterpart, Hon. Aniekan Ekpo, as well as all the chapter and ward officers availed the political leader the opportunity to address the press on some salient issues, including the need for Akwa Ibom people to mobilize themselves in readiness for a change of government in 2023.
He said it became necessary for all the party members to realign their modus operandi in ensuring that the party is strengthened more in the state for the daunting challenges before it, stressing that the time has come for the needed change to reflect on the lives of the citizens in the local government and the state as well.
The US based medical practitioner who is also a philanthropist said COVID- 19 has come to open the eyes of the people on the need to opt for a credible government that can cater for the needs of the people.
He however lamented the COVID- 19 related death of high profile indigenes of the state due to the fact that they could not travel to access quality health care the way they have been doing before now, expressing sadness over the losses.
In his reaction, the chapter Chairman of Nsit Atai, Mr. Ifiok Udoh, expressed satisfaction in the leadership qualities of Dr. Ndem whom he described as the father of the party in the local government. He thanked the political leader for always making himself available anytime his attention is needed by his people.
He therefore urged other well meaning citizens of the state to emulate Dr. Ndem by always relating with their people to know their problems and help to solve them.
The Deputy political leader, Mr. Mike Akwa, while promising to be a loyal lieutenant to Dr. Ndem, reiterated his unwavering support to work with the political leader to change the fortune of the party both at the local government level and the state, especially as 2023 general elections drew near.
Highpoint of the event was the donation of some printing machines from the party leader to enable party members register en masse and the presentation of his registration slip to APC faithful in attendance.
