A few Weeeks Later his mother Died Leaving his Blind retired 90yr Old Dad . He said immediately his Sister Abiola Momodu The Eldest Travelled from Benin Claiming she wants to come and stay and Take care of His Dad . Believing this was God sent he Gladly welcomed her into the main house which had 3 other tenants . His Other Siblings were notified and his other Siblings were Sending money To her to Facilate Her and His Dads Upkeep and care .

From then on She made his Life a Living Hell  Even with the Pension of His Father and Money his other Siblings sent and The Money she inherited from Their Late Mother and the Rent from the other Flats  . She Made sure he must pay For exorbitant electricity and Water Bills  even though he did not even have a fridge and electiricty was not even constant  and spent her time telling Others in the Neighbouhood he was lazy and had no job .

In short She made him feel he was living in the House as a Tenant not even as a Landlord as he truly was  . Rather Than continue this type of lifestyle he intensified his efforts to get a job and concentrated on his computer training business in Igarra  .

A Few months Later he got a job in Ekpoma The Edo State University as Head Of Their IT services  and decided to stay with friends while shuttling bi weekly to see his Father and Sister and supervise the completion of the Boysquarters as he had vowed to finish it .

For like 2months he had not gone back to the village only to get a call from one of his Aunties that he should rush back Home .

Thinking it was his Dad he Tried to call his Sister whom he had noticed had not been picking up her calls for over two weeks .

He rushed Home and to his relief found that his Father was well but his sister was not home .

He Then went to see his Boysquarter project which he had extended to have 2 rooms and met the shock of his Life !

There wasa Tenant there ! His Sister had moved all his property and dumped in the Store and gotten a Tenant withut his knowledge !
